Does anyone know if the gates will be opening early in the great anticipation of this event or is that just for the 23rd??????

In all seriuosness though I think Thompson really should have saved the earlier tour date over this one as date this is one is 6 days after Stafford (huge crowds from the photos) and 6 days before the biggest anticipated race in years - Bristol. They could have had virtual any date in June or July.

Nice thought but it rained all of June and half of July. They replaced the spring tour event with a TVMS event and got rained out in both June and July. Still haven't run the event. The packed houses have everything to do with weather. The August event has been on the schedule for a while now. I'm all for leaving it there. Seldom does it get rained out. Bottom line, I think they made the right call with the schedule
