What is this supposed to be?

I was looking for some pictures of vintage cars from Seekonk and found this image on flickr.

I think it is supposed to be a coupe, but I wouldn't swear to it.
It was photographed at Stafford.

Any idea?

It appears to be a custom asphalt modified. Just my guess, never saw this one before. Maybe the guy from Speedway Illustrated can enlighten us. Check your files, JA!

It's an SK lite that runs regularly at Stafford. And, Walter, you're right. Brian should check out Speedway Illustrated for more information on it (Hint: Keep an eye out for October).
