Anyone doing the double this weekend? (Loudon/Waterford)

I was wondering if anyone else was planning on making the bonsai run to the Waterford after Loudon. It is possible, last time we did it and got there in time before the features started.

The only question is if I'm doing the double with you or in separate cars.

I made it in 2.5 hours with a drafting partner.

I know of at least 8 people who did the double.. Was the crowd down for the truck race? That would be funny, if the stands became empty after the mod race.

Had some people sitting behind me at Loudon, saying Wow what a crowd for a truck race. I turned and told them the truth, We were all there to see the modifieds!!! They don't follow the modifieds, so I gave them a crash course in who was who . They kept leaning forward everytime the modifieds came by, in awe of how close they were racing each other.

That last lap had me and everyone else standing and enjoying every moment of it.

And the race at Waterford wasn't bad, watching Keith Rocco work thru the field.

..and watching Gada drive the roadblock like no one else.

I did a different double Loudon/Riverhead!!!

I was really surprised how many cars were leaving the parking lot when we were, didn't see the truck race on TV but I am betting crowd was better for the mod race.

Who stayed for the ACT race?

You know, that's funny. I searched Jaws, Howie's and Fran's for a good Preece shot for Polly's story.....didn't find much....LOL

As many cars that were leaving the track after the Mod race I'll bet it was more than that!!
