Martinsville has a Cup weekend next month. Just saying...

Doubt a rain date will even be an issue. Weather.com shows sunny and 79 for Sunday with only a 20 percent chance of rain- updated at 9:15 PM tonight (Thursday). Also shows a 40 percent chance of rain during Saturday practice time, but time trials don't look good.

Local weather here in Roanoke about 50 miles from the track shows Saturday a total washout but Sunday is supposed to be really nice. Martinsville has been known to qualify on Sunday for their big LMSC race in the past when Saturday was a washout. Not sure if they would do that with the modifieds, but it has been done before.

I live in NC about an hour east and Saturday is not looking good here but Sunday morning showers then very nice the rest of the day.
