Reggie at Martinsville

Anyone know why after coming up half a lap short at Loudon the 14 team would not be at another high paying event in Martinsville? Especially since Reggie almost pulled of the win there last year too.

with the threat of bad weather they decided not to go,much to the disapointment of Reggie.Hopefully they will be at Stafford.
