Banquet Tickets on sale!

Always a great time, the 2009 Sundance Vacations Speedway banquet at Gennetti’s Inn & Suites is right around the corner! The 10th annual event on November 14 should be one of, if not the best yet.

We ask everyone who plans to attend to order tickets now (deadline is November 1st). It sure makes it a lot easier for Debbi H. and Dorothy C. for organizing the seating, etc.

Banquet ticket order forms are available on the track website- www.sundancevacationsspeedway.com. They will also be available at the NELMA Late Model Challenge on October 24 and at the Halloween Screamer enduro on November 1st.

The menu, date, times, etc. is listed on the order form.

Anyone that plans to attend the banquet is asked (in the nicest possible way) to either send in your application for tickets and/or call Debbie Heintzelman at (570) 401-4220 to let her know how many people are coming. If you are in the top 10 in points and don’t plan to come, please call anyhow to let them know.:)

Both Debbie and Dorothy put a lot into the annual banquet and knowing who will be in attendance will help with all of the arrangements, including seating, etc.
