mod in tv ad ?

Has anyone seen the BlueCross /BlueShield ins. add that has a crew chief that got hurt. He and wife talk about how he got hurt and video of mod is in background. they also do a radio ad. this is playing in the Boston area anyone seen/heard this and know who's car this is?
So is any press better than none ?

It's Chris Pasteryak's 52 car and it was his crew chief that had gotten hurt at Thompson earlier this year I believe.
