"Outlaw" tires

WHy would you change the tire and the rules for the legends? The legends were made to make everything cheaper and to race them anywhere with the same rules. Thats why the legends are so good cause you can race them anywhere with the same rules. This makes NO sense to me.Just my opinion but how are you going to get more legends there when you have to change stuff around get different tires, change the setups.Sounds to me like it is going to cost me more money to race there.

Rules have been simplified.
