McKennedy is in the #21, Blewett is in the #14, I think Goodenough is focused on the MRS....And isn't Pennik still in the #93??? Savory is working a deal to use the #2's backup car on a race to race basis, how about bring up burt myers and show him what real modified drivers are like, lol!!

Seriously though, I will say this The number 4 means a lot to the Myers as its the family number and to have a Myers in both #4's of each respective region would be pretty cool. As for whether he would accept the ride I think he would, but family means a lot to Burt so it be would a pretty big decision.

i need to correct myself on this one, i keep forgetting that Santos III has that deal with Tommy Baldwin, so don't count him in for the 4 car, i'm honestly drawing a blank on who to put into that car, who really would get a good fit for it that isn't taken yet??

Look for Eno Lirpasti to wheel the #4 this year. His second comeback is in the works i am told. Papa Lirpasti has the dollars to start his own team. Money is no object for this man.

Hey Jaws, I knew you heard the rumor so I figured I'd better announce it before your do.

Hate to tell you guys but after my run at the Slick Track last year in an under powered go kart, Garbarino has offered me the ride. Sure, I have no previous modifed experience but I did have 1000 posts on the ModSeriesScene and over 500 here on the Chromehorn.

With this new ride, I'm hoping to persuade him to run both Whelen tours, the ROC and the Modifed Racing Series.

We're still looking for another driver ( with no experience) to run the back up car at select races.

Garbarino was heard to say - Sure we will crash every race and never win with the Maniac in the car, but I just felt we should give him the chance. I've heard good things about him getting around the slick track. And I'm sure that experience will help him.

The Maniac added," We are looking for sponsors. Since the car will be going so slow with me driving it, You will easily see your name on the side of the car as it goes by ( or is towed off on a wrecker)"

OK, yup thats what I heard and just to put the rumors to rest I will be in the #36 Ed Whelan car starting with the Icebreaker.

I brought more $$ to the table than anyone else so Ed turned the car over to me.

This has gone kind of quiet here, but on other websites, the talk is still going strong. Lots of names still being thrown around, but maybe the best thing of all... to me it sounds like there WILL be a number 4 racing this season. And that is great news.
