Team Championship Challenge!

So...we have 6 team registered right now!

I KNOW a lot more teams are going to be formed after this next event, just remember to register your team BEFORE the 3rd event!!!! At the 3rd event, the chase will be on and no new teams can be formed!

I'm thinking about a nice little addition to the MUTHA race that will be open to TEAMS ONLY!!!

How does this sound? $20 to enter, from each teammate, line-up will be based on team point standings going into the final event, first place team starts in the rear, etc... Winner takes all, X-lap shootout. X-laps will be determined by number of teams....3 laps per team. So, 6 teams will be an 18 lap shootout. More teams=more laps...more teams=bigger purse!

The highest finishing TEAM will take home the winnings! This way, 1st and 2nd may be from one team and 3rd, 4th and 5th place can be another team and win it! Tied finish will result in split payout...or...highest finishing drivers from each tied team line-up for a 1 lap dash?

So, what does all this mean????

I would suggest lining the cars up lowest point in front but stagger Say you have 10 teams.
10th place teams lowest point car on pole then 9th team lowest point car. On down to 1st team lowest point car then start with the 10 placed teams middle points car on through . Then the Highest point team cars bring up the rear. The team that wins has the lowest score.
say 4th ,12th, 13th = 29 compared to say 1st, 11th and 21st= 33 tie break highest finishing car.

IF you at least let me know you are interested in starting a team before the race, we can work out the details later....but I NEED TO KNOW!!!!
