The 99 cleanly beats the 49 on the start and is clear into one. Until the 49 drives into turn one with ALL 4 wheels below the white line and into the side of the 99 and runs him up the track. Then right about the start finish line makes another subtle right hand turn into the 99 before never turning into one and finishing Timmy off. This is two weeks in a row now to start the season that the 49 has taken out the leader on Lap 1. If he is not set down for a week or two, he should at least have to start at the back of the pack for a few weeks until he can figure out how to race people without wrecking them. Again this is just my opinion but how can you argue a harsher penalty is not in order here?

ya know My friends and I were picking guys before race and I stated I pick 99 unless 49 wrecks him and that's what happened the 49 does it every week 2 cars in 2 weeks :confused:

Nothing new!. I wasn't there but I watched the video 100 times and BEEN there a lot! It is very clear, and has been for many years, that if you try the 49 on the outside you get the wall....BUT When the 49 goes outside everyone says "look at him go!" Thats because not everyone drives like that. THERE IS A SECOND LINE ! Just ask Don Howe or Keith Gordon, these guys were masters of the outside...

I spent many nights fixing my car from damage done by the 49 (no love lost here.)
As far as parking the 49, Maybe just for a few weeks so. Just enough to keep him out of the points.... and score them as wins so he's handicapped to the back... JMHO

The last guy to ever drive the red 36 in my opinion. TC has tarnished that image for me. Sure he may win, but not with the class Mike did.
