Rick Todd aka "Captain Video" was admitted to ST Catherines Hospital last night with what they think is a gall bladder issue. He is hoping to be out in time for Saturdays 100 lapper, but we are not sure yet. They are looking to operate tomorrow. I know he would love to know people are asking about him since he has basically devoted his life to Riverhead Raceway and racing on LI so I will be the first to say Get Well Soon Captain Video.

Well he had surgery yesterday AND today. He forced them to release him tonight so that he wouldn't miss the races tomorrow. I think he is crazy and I will be helping him and Bob with the camera work so Rick can get some rest, but he refuses to miss the 100 lapper. Whether you like his videos or buy them is irrelevant, you have to give him credit for his dedication. I hope he makes it through the night, but he is going to be real sore.
