I have 2 ? why is it that if a reg Riverhead driver wins the 100 lapper he will only bring home 2025.and now if a wmt wins the 100 lapper he will get 3025.now did I read it right in the eye on Riverhead by BF.I read it 3 times and that is the way it looks to me. what do the guys win for a reg saturdays night show. is it 1450 or 1475.:wave:

I'm guessing that 2025 is a mistake. I understood it to be 2525 to the winner.( 1000 of that being my money) And the highest finishing tour regular gets an additional 500 from Hossfan. If that tour finisher just happens to win the race, his total winnings will be 3025.

If you do the math, I think it means a regular win at Riverhead pays 1425. (1425 plus 1000 plus 100 from Cromartys = 2525) Any one know if thats right?

It's a nice chunk of change if you can win it on one set of tires. If it takes two sets to win it, then it's not such a big chunk. Anybody know if changing tires is allowed?

I dont think you are gonna have a choice but to win on one set of tires. Rule has been for the 77 lapper that you can only change flats. So Im assuming its the same this year.

They should be a harder compound tire for the 100 lapper. As years past, you could only change a flat.

Not enough credit goes out to you and Hoss for doing this. Everyone has always wanted a big purse race to draw the attraction of non-regulars and you guys made it happen. On a week that the tour is off no less which will only make it bigger and better. I can't wait.
