How did paules not get the black flag on them restarts? How many warnings do you get? He would brake check them on backstretch and then if he didnt get a good start he just didnt go. He is going to seriously damage cars pulling stunts like that.

From what I learned when I was little its 3 strikes and your out, not all of the restarts were Paules lagging back, Baer was getting on it kinda early
