Surprisingly, the weather people have not changed there predictions very much at all for this weeks weather. Sunday July 4th is predicted to be mostly sunny with a high of 96 degrees in Bechtelsville, PA. Make sure everyone eats and drinks plenty of fluids throughout the day to keep hydrated and maintain energy.
Drink - water, gatorade, powerade
soda and beer are not good things to drink, you WILL dehydrate quicker!
if you dont have water, I plan on bringing a whole cooler of water. just come down to the truck and grab one! Goodluck to all competitors on Sunday!
