Dave Brigati (Outlaw Inc!) will be there, possibly Tom Rogers. Plus John Fortin usually is there too, although I think the car he wrecked pretty bad a few weeks ago was his tour car.

Anyone remember the old Crazy Eddie commercials about Christmas in July?

Sadly, Crazy Eddie is doing hard time.

Wow, that brings back memories! The drivers real name was Jerry Carroll and he drove the #68 Modern Stock. I believe he was a radio DJ who did the commercials for Crazy Eddie on the side. The real crazy Eddie is doing time but Jerry Carroll has yet to be punished for his "crimes" against all who watched those commercials back in the day! I remember the East Brunswick, NJ store well. Great prices (well, INSANE prices actually) but man you were in for a battle if you ever tried to return any electronics!

See ya at Riverhead!

Jerry Carroll also did "Captain Video" commercials in Florida. They were "insane" too. Look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday. (it's been a while)

Three things I knew: there was an eight in his number, his name wasn't Eddie, and his last name was Carroll. Confusing for a kid that went to Riverside and had a driver named Eddie Carroll!!!

Merry Christmas Eve. Ted.

With or without a big red suit, Santa will be there on Sat handing out over $11,500.00 to the drivers.

And I think it is going to be one of the best weather days all season!!

The weather was all part of the overall plan.

1 Raise money

2 Pack the place

3 Perfect weather

4 Great race without too many needless cautions
