When is this sundays make up race going to be??? I just watched the weather and it is suppost to pour all day until about 6 00 pm. Joe any news???

:lol:I just checked out the forcast, and it doesn't look that bad. They probably won't have to water the track more than a couple times. Kenny should be able to save some water truck fuel too. My crew will have a spare helmet with twenty tear offs for my first pit stop and they can load up the other helmet while I'm on the track.:lol:

I see 40 % chance at noon and 60% chance by 6pm. Chance of thunder storms

We will be at the track at 730 tomorrow to see how everything is,,,I have radar maps on my phone and we will be monitoring everything over night...please be patient as there is still time for the weather to clear up more than it already has. We don't want to make a hasty call then have a sunny day tomorrow.

Just checked the weather again...down to only 30% chance now and if you look at the radar map it looks like everything is breaking up and the bigger stuff is moving south east...will check again in the morning...

Down to 30% 2pm and 40% 5pm. I use Weather.com It has been fairly accurate
I use it to know when to ride my motorcycle to work. Use the hourly forecast window.

By the way it looks, the area is getting some precipitation early on this morning....right up until around noonish.

BUT....the storm itself looks pretty much broken up and has a good chance to dump a little water and cool the place down a bit....let's hope for the best...

Is there a NASCAR race somewhere today? That might be a reason for pulling the plug (not our reason).......other than that....IT'S ON!!!! ......as of 5:11 AM....
