ORP may have a opening in its 2011 schedule

Jayski reported today that Indianapolis may try and add the Nationwide series to its Brickyard weekend in order to boost ticket sales. This would of course create an opening at ORP that weekend. I would think the mods would make a great addition to that weekend if they were paired up with another midwestern open wheel series. Something to watch down the road.

USAC tried riding on NASCAR's coattails with their ugly redesigned "silver crown" cars a few years back and now those cars are collecting dust.
