I'm sure it was done with good intensions, but has anyone noticed the glare from the reflection of the sun almost completely blocks the view of turn 2 from the bleachers. How do we get them to repaint it? Check out the view from my camera during the legends video. http://myracenews.com/

Yes I agree. I mentioned it to Bob Finan that I felt something needed to be done about it. If you standing in the left side half of the Spotters stand in the pit grandstands. You cant see the cars through the fence coming off of turn 2. Then speaking with some of the drivers the Glare is very distracting to them while racing. Im all for making the place look great, Just think we need a darker, duller finish PLEASE!!!

I agree with rydogg. nothing wrong with a little "antique" look. Anyway, I've sent an email to them also, everyone reading this should do the same. Hopefully, they will fix this sooner rather than later.

I have only been to the track a few times this year but I won't return if they can't do something about it. Not to sound like a jerk, but where we sit in turn two you can't see anything. Its real bad! On a second note its nice to see them making improvements to the track.

I agree that they gave it the old college try, but the color just doesn't work. I sit on the backstretch and couldn't see anything until it got dark. Maybe flat black would work best. I do appreciate the efforts to improve the appearance, but not every plan works out on the first try. I'm sure there was a cost involved and it won't be easy to talk them into spending the same money twice in a week, but I really hope they are willing to re-paint it.

Here's a view from a slight angle:

From the infield, there was a big difference where the paint stopped and the old fence still was. I would have to agree that flat black in this situation would be a better choice.

I noticed it right away that it was difficult to see the cars as well. But at least they're putting some work into to track even if it's not working out 100%. A dull gray or black would definitely been better.

Yeah i agree im happy that they made the effort to spruse the place up a bit but flat black would have been a lot better you cant see anything from the spotters stand
