Well folks I just got the news that Turkey Derby 2010 will be happening! Just be patient an I will be giving more info as I get it coming to me! Also for all you Facebook followers look out for a special page that will be going up with in the next 1-2 weeks!

Like I said as more info comes, more info will be relayed!

I hope I delivered good news for a lot of you! :wave:

it's unfortunate that there will be a lot of controversy associated with this derby. the blewetts are co-promoting, and yet a blewett will be racing as well. couldn't the track do without this conflict of interest?

Sure the track could do without the controversy and stay closed with NO Turkey Derby, you tell us which way is better????????????:confused::confused:

Isn't there already a modified series that the promoter/owner races in?

This just in - Stafford Fall Final SK Modified Race ONLY, Thompson World Series SK Modified Race ONLY, and North South Shootout SK Race ONLY will be qualifiers for the race! I look forward to greeting those drivers in Victory Lane!

very deep insight. that was exactly what i meant. /sarcasm
for the good of the future for the track, it seems to me that avoiding the conflict of interest would be beneficial. why not put someone else in the car? donny lia or someone like that? if something happens and it is perceived as due to who's running the race, it could be detrimental. that was all i was saying.

tour mods are running td this year. the sk race at stafford was the only qualifier.
