Figure 8 point fund

According to the rules for the figure 8 division for 2010 that are still on Riverheads web site. there is still a "cash"point fund .

POINTS:
-Points will be kept on drivers and trophies will be awarded at the end of the year, from first to fifth spot for drivers.
-A cash point fund will be kept consisting of 5% of the purse per race meet, plus fine money.

Artie...that point fund money comes from NASCAR. The track sends a check every Monday to NASCAR for that purpose.

The track point fund stopped awhile back which was tire money.
