The very popular “Sunday Series” of kart and small car racing held on Wall Stadium’s fifth mile paved “inner oval” will return for the 2011 season, says Sunday Series Race Director Alan Brenner and track operator Cliff Krause. Although the series will feature many of the same kart and small car divisions as it did last year, plans are still in the works and the schedule is still being assembled.
“I am really thrilled to be back with the Sunday Series,” Brenner said. “When the season ended last year, so many of the competitors expressed a loyalty to the series that it is a pleasure to return for the new season.
“We have a few details to be worked out before the schedule is set, but I can tell everyone to get their racers ready for the new season. We are going racing with the Sunday Series in 2011!”

Wall Stadium presents professional motorsports events on most Saturdays and Sundays from mid-April through November. The speedway is located on Route 34 in Wall Township, N.J., just one mile north of Garden State Parkway exit 98 and Interstate 195 exit 35B.
