Whelen 500 plus

Some time back, there was the 500th modified race on the tour. Was just wondering if any fan on the Chromehorn can say they've been to 500 of the races?

Nope, just the tour races , which there have been over 500 since 1985.

I'm not even close... it's only the last 3 or 4 years that I actually made ALL the races. Up til then , I hadn't been to places like Martinsville or Jennerstown, Nazareth, Holland. No idea how many I went to back in the day. Lots of Stafford, Thompson, Riverside, and loved that little 1/4 mile track called New Egypt.

Hmnnn...let's see. I've been to tour races at Martinsville, Richmond, Thompson, Stafford, NHIS, Waterford, Riverhead, Flemington, Clearfield and one more place in Pennsylvania that I just can't remember the name of. Maybe that's because I could only see about 1/2 of the front straght, turn 1 and caught a glimpse of them on the back straight between the parked haulers. That was not my best experience. I've also seen the mods at the Pocono ROC, Islip, Freeport, Oswego, Wall and the old New Egypt track. I haven't even come close to seeing 500 tour races though and because of finances, haven't travelled much in the last ten or so years.

Airborne ROC or Star open show?
