With three weeks left before the 8th Annual Southern Tier Speedworld presented by Mike & Michelle Stolarcyk Cars & Trucks and Country Town Auto Service that takes place from Friday March 4th to Sunday March 6th at the Oakdale Mall in Johnson City, NY. Space is becoming very limited inside the Oakdale Mall due to the latest round of entries received by Southern Tier Speedworld officials.
If anyone would like to be in the show now is the time to let me know so I can plan a space for you ahead of time stated Show Manager Robin Oltz. Once again were nearly busting at the seams due to the popularity of this free admission car show.
Latest entries for the show have been received from; Skyview Drags, the dirt Late Model of Curt Tunilo, Jr., the Glen Region of the SCCA who will have the car of Darryl Lindsay in their booth. Byron Worthing will have his dirt Modified on display; Dan Woods will have his Empire Sport Truck on hand while Paul Strohl will have his dirt Sportsman in the show. Jimmy Zacharias has his asphalt Modified entered while his brother TJ Zacharias will display his B Modified, TJ Anderson will have his dirt Street Stock on hand while Kurtis Benjamin will have his Factory Stock in the show. The CRSA Sprint organization will have a display with the CRSA Sprint of Art Kiser in the display while the Tri County Microd Club will be on hand. Chris Zacharias has entered a Micro Sprint and a Mini Sprint.
For the first time in the eight years of the show Binghamton University, which is a NCAA Division I school in the America East Conference will be a part of the show. Dr. Gary George will have their Concept Car Program on hand all weekend long.
A reminder that tickets are now on sale for the Country Town Auto Service Awards Party that takes place on Saturday March 5th at Binghamton Post 80, which is located on Main Street in Binghamton. Tickets can be purchased by calling 607 797 3683 or by stopping at Center Court during the weekend at the Southern Tier Speedworld booth.
