Always nice to see local guys getting a shot. I was looking for an entry list earlier today and couldn't find one so thanks for that too!

Hope its not a start and park deal because that team did that all of 2010

Unfortunately, something broke in practice and he pounded the inside wall-don't know if they even have a backup.

Supposably Dale jr. may have offered him one of his #88 backup cars...

per the JR Motorsports facebook page - "We will be letting Bobby Santos III and the Jimmy Means #52 team use what was originally to be the #88 backup car for Saturday's race. Santos had a bad crash in first practice and the team did not have a backup car. The decision to let the #52 team have the car was made by Dale Jr. because of his friendship/respect for team owner Jimmy Means. More to come..."

I say we all email Jr a BIG THANK YOU :applause::applause::applause:
I was so happy to see Bobby on the track, right up to when the car shot left. After that, I was real happy to see him walk away

Didnt see any of the race, but he finished 17th which is pretty impressive. That puts him at 10th in points but it seems doubtful the team will run any more races as per jayski
