It's out with the old and in with the new for 2011 as Lee USA
Speedway,
Lee, NH, busily prepares for a new season of weekly stock car racing
sanctioned by NASCAR and the Whelen All-American Series.

Fans this season will find changes in the weekly race division line-up,
continuous upgrades to the facility, a former champion joining the speedways
officials' roster, and each division with its own tech person overseeing
their assigned division.

Gone are the once popular Late Model and Road Runner divisions, the weekly
line-up trimmed to four divisions for the new campaign.

"We needed to go in another direction," said long-time race organizer Bob
Watson.
"Car counts dropped dramatically in the Late Models and Road Runners. We
liked what we saw from the Small Block Super Modifieds. We are encouraged by
their enthusiasm. They will be the Premier NASCAR Division, race for a much
better payoff, have a solid point fund payoff at the end of the year, a new
signature sponsor, and their own tech inspector that is responsible to the
supers." Benson's Lumber and Hardware of Derry and Londonderry New Hampshire
will sponsor the winged supermodifieds. Long time racer and former Lee
champion, Buzzie Bezanson Jr. has been appointed tech inspector.

Prime Storage of Lee will return as the primary sponsor for the Late Model
Sportsman division. Dave Tibbetts will serve as Chief Tech Inspector for
this division. David's Race Cars of Derry will sponsor the Hobby Stocks and
a new Chief Tech Inspector will be announced on March 5th. The Picnic Table
Factory, Windham, NH returns to support the Ironman division. Russ Nutting
will be over seeing the entire Tech Department at Lee USA Speedway for the
2011 Season.

Watson felt changes were needed for good reason. "We needed to tighten up
our program. All too often we were running late shows and having to
disappoint our racers and having to double them up the following week. We
needed too fix that. We strive to make this speedway family entertainment.
Fans bringing children home late is not what we want. We'll run a four
division weekly show and aim to get fans and competitors on the way home by
10:00 PM. That's the plan. Of course, special events excluded."

Watson disclosed the Prime Storage Late Model Sportsman will compete in the
first ever "Firecracker 100" on July 1st, presented by Whelen. The program
will also feature a gigantic fireworks display.

The 2011 Season will also feature the Valenti Modified Racing Series, ISMA
Supermodifieds, NEMA Midgets, and the all-new Six-Pack Challenge for
Pro-Stock racers.

The season will kick-off on Sunday, April 17th with the ACT Late Models and
the annual "Governors Cup 150".

Lee will also host an important meeting for all competitors on March 5th at
the VFW located on Route 125 in Kingston, NH starting at 10AM with the Hobby
Stock Division,
11AM with the Ironman Division, 12PM with the Small Block Supers and 1PM
with the Late Model Sportsman Division. A new muffler program will be in
place for the following divisions: Late Model Sportsman Division and the
Hobby Stock Division. This racing muffler, which is mandated by the
American-Canadian Tour, will be used in the future.

In the spring, fans will find a new digital message board in place,
presented by
E Keys 4 Cars, of Windham, NH. The board will be utilized for promoting
upcoming events, sponsor and fan recognition, and can be used for in-race
messages as well.
A new track blower to clean the track surface has also been purchased to
help speed the program along.
