According to The Chrome Horn's data base, he is running the Whelen Modified Tour....

Last I hear they are going to try to run the tour, but might take a few races at a time and see were they are after them. Not easy to run the tour and try to get help you need to run a full team. People have to take time off of work, traveling, most expenses are shared but still money is coming of the pocket, adds up. A lot of love as you know Michael. How much of a season is covered in sponsors? Ya know! Tough to travel far away as a full team of people.

Idk how much of this is public information so without details, from what I understand Tommy will be running Riverhead part time in another teams equipment.
