While it may halt progress on the oval, all this really does is move around the debt and eliminate some of it.

"bing" we have a winner. They are operating this year, just with the protection that bankruptcy offers. Part of the "big picture" at NJMP was retail stores that because of the crummy economy, haven't happened. With that and other loss of income, things are tight. (like they are everywhere) The park secured a loan to retain the emergency services they need to operate this year (fire police etc) so I don't think the situation is as bad as it seems. I still wanna go there.
