EASTER EGG HUNT FREE FOR KIDS THIS SATURDAY (APRIL 30) AT 2:00 P.M. AT WALL STADIUM

A little rain can’t stop the Easter Bunny!

Even though Wall Stadium Speedway’s first ever “Easter Egg Hunt” was washed out by rain on it’s initial date, April 23, there is no stopping the Easter Bunny as the holiday event has been reset for this Saturday afternoon (April 30) at 2:00 p.m. The event, to be held in the grandstand concourse, will be free for all children up to age 12.

“We were very disappointed with the rain that canceled the hunt last Saturday,” office manager Diane Krause said. “Apparently a lot of other people were also disappointed judging by the phone calls we got. Due to that demand, the Easter Bunny has decided to come back this Saturday and it looks like the weather will be great!”

With plenty of prizes being offered and free admission offered to all, the 2:00 p.m. holiday festivities should be fun for the entire family.

While the event is being held early in the afternoon, participants and their families can witness afternoon stock car practice sessions that will be occurring at the same time. Then, at 3:00 p.m., tickets will be on sale for the evening’s on-track stock car racing action. Fans will then have the chance to walk down on the racetrack and meet with the drivers and check out the cars when the track presents its “On Track Party” starting at 4:30 p.m.

Modified, Sportsman, Street Stock, Legend Cars and Factory Stock racers will all be on the agenda Saturday with the first race set to take the green flag at 6:00 p.m. sharp.

Wall Stadium Speedway is located on Route 34 in Wall Township, N.J., just one mile north of Garden State Parkway exit 98 and Interstate 195 exit 35B.
