The sound of revving engines and screaming fans will once again be heard at historic Bowman Gray Stadium
as the racetrack begins its 63rd season this Saturday, April 30.

Never one to start quietly, Bowman Gray Stadium kicks off the season with the largest and most prestigious race of the year – the GMAC
Insurance 200 for the GMAC Insurance Modified Series.

Kevin Powell Motorsports, a new sponsor for 2011, brings you the first 100-lapper of the season on May 14. Other exciting events at the Stadium
are brought to you by great returning sponsors: WSSU Motorsports Management, USG, Whelen, Craftsman, Great Clips, Sheetz, the Winston-Salem
Journal, and Carolina Farm Credit.

On August 5 and 6, Bowman Gray Stadium will host the NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour for the Strutmasters.com Weekend – a two-day
event featuring the Strutmasters.com 199.

And for the first year ever, the Stadium will also host the K&N Pro Series East in a two-day event on June 3 and 4. New sponsors, the Law
Offices of Timothy D. Welborn and ICE Epilepsy, bring you a night of racing for only $5 admission on Friday, June 3, featuring racing for three
Stadium divisions and qualifying for the K&N Pro Series East. On Saturday, the K&N Pro Series East races in a 150-lapper along with a 100-lap
race for Bowman Gray Stadium’s GMAC Insurance Modified Series. And to add to the excitement – it will be Ladies’ Night. Regular adult admission
on this special night will be $12 – with females being admitted for only $2.

As always, the stage is set for fireworks when the racing action starts. Burt Myers of Walnut Cove will be defending his Modified Series
championship, with several rivals gunning to grab the crown for themselves.

Tim Brown of Cana, VA will be fighting tooth and nail for the 2011 championship – a feat that would stamp his name firmly in the record
books. Brown’s eight Modified championships currently tie him with Ralph Brinkley for the most Modified championships ever at the Stadium – and
Brown has declared that his number one goal is to claim another championship and shatter Brinkley’s record.

With the addition of the Double-File “Choice” Restart Rule, the GMAC Insurance 200 has turned into an endurance contest for both driver
and car. It offers skilled competitors the chance to climb their way to the top with well-timed aggressiveness, but it also requires everyone to
be in top form every second of the race.

It’s always a recipe for excitement – and it kicks off the 63rd season this Saturday night, April 30. In addition to the GMAC Insurance
200, there will be racing for the Sportsman, Street Stock, and Stadium Stock Divisions. Qualifying will take place on Friday, April 29. On
Saturday, ticket gates open at 6:00 for practice, and the first race begins at 8:00 PM. Ticket prices, directions, and more information can be
found online at www.bowmangrayracing.com (http://www.bowmangrayracing.com) or by calling (336) 723-1819.
