Scout Night activities postponed to June 18th; Street Stocks will
double-up on June 25th
Waterford Speedbowl has cancelled
tonight’s scheduled racing program for Saturday, June 11th. Scout Night
plus seven feature races were planned as part of the night’s program,
including double 25-lap features for the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series
Street Stocks.
Scout Night will be rescheduled to next Saturday, June 18th. The pit
party planned as part of Scout Night will be added for next Saturday’s
racing program, beginning at approximately 6:15pm. Next Saturday’s NASCAR
Whelen-All American Series racing program is highlighted by a pair of
35-lap SK Modified® features, which includes the make-up of the postponed
May 28th SK Modified® feature. In addition, the Bob Valenti Auto Mall
Late Models, Street Stocks, Mini Stocks, SK Light Modifieds and New
England Truck Series will all be in action. Opening ceremonies will
follow the pit party, at approximately 7:00pm.
All tickets distributed for Scout Night will be honored on Saturday, June
18th. Groups unable to attend on June 18th may save their tickets and
attend any regularly priced 2011 event.
The Street Stocks, scheduled for double 25-lap features on June 11th, will
now do double-duty on Saturday, June 25th. That night’s regularly
scheduled feature will be joined by the held-over 25-lap feature from May
28th.
