The Brad Kline Memorial Open Street Stock event is scheduled for August 28, at Mountain Speedway in St. Johns, PA. Dean Kline and the Crossroads Inn in Mountaintop, PA, are once again working to make this special event even better for 2011. This non-points event will have some big buck$ spread throughout the field. Many Street Stock type cars that race in the northeast are eligible to compete. The rules will be simple:
1. All cars must weigh a minimum of 3000 lbs-after race, with driver.
(No left side weight or frame height rule)
2. Full bodied cars only. No open wheel cars.
3. Stock front clip to firewall.
4. Any 2 or 4 barrel carburetor permitted.
5. TIRES: Mountain Speedway Street Stock 980 Hoosier tire only.
6. Steel racing wheels only. (Any width/offset permitted)
This race is intended to be a fun event in memory of a great competitor. It will most certainly be a great afternoon of racing.
