Marisa Niederauer of Levittown who owns her own Modified has been sidelined for much of the last two years.
Like many of the self funded racers, the economy has taken a toll on her efforts to get back on the track.
She races at Riverhead and Sundance (Mountain) but needs some help.
She has entered a contest on the radio station WBAB and could use your vote.
