For The 21st Annual Mid-Atlantic Championship With The Addition of Twin Modified Features
Caraway Speedway has added the Modifieds after a 15 year absence to the Mid-Atlantic Championship. The Modifieds will compete in the madhouse scramble format for Twin features using the same rules for tires and technical inspection as Bowman Gray Stadium.
The two day event will consists of Qualifying on Saturday and racing on Sunday afternoon,
This event will conclude the big Super Five Series Championship title and several division points chases. Also competing will be a 250 Lap Late Model Stock Super Five event, 50 Lap BK Auto Limited Late Model, 50 Lap Late Model Super Truck and 25 Lap Lexington Chiropractic and Wellness Legends. The green flag will waive on Sunday October 16th at 2pm.
“The addition of the Madhouse Scramble Modifieds to this prestigious event, will give the fans some great excitement that the speedway hasn’t had in quite some time. This will be the first time in Caraway’s history that the modifieds will run twin features. This is what the fans want to see.” Stated Promoter Darren Hackett.
