WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. ~ The thrills and excitement of Enduro Car racing return to the paved oval at Wall Stadium for the first time in two years this Sunday afternoon (Aug. 7) at 1:00 p.m. Grandstand seating is scheduled to open at noon, while the competitor pit area is set to open at 9:00 a.m.

Enduro Car racing is sanctioned by the NEETS (North East Enduro Tour Series) organization and is very affordable for participants. Sunday’s racing program, the “Summer Smashfest,” will be made up of 100 lap races for both the Small Cars and the Big Cars, as well as a 50-lapper for the Trux and a special 25-lap Ladies’ Race.

This Sunday’s events will be exhibition style, meaning no points will be accumulated for this season NEETS championship standings. However, any driver who participates at a Wall Stadium Enduro hosted by NEETS will be recognized at the annual NEETS award banquet in November.

Co-promoters Cliff Krause and Joe Cutri are pleased to announce that these exhibition events may pave the way for future NEETS Enduro action at Wall Stadium in 2012! In addition to Sunday’s contests, 2011 NEETS Enduro races are also set for Sunday, October 23rd, and Sunday, November 27th, at Wall Stadium
