25 Lap Ladies Race ~ 50 Lap TRUX Race

Sunday, October 30th 2011 - Wall Speedway

This will be the 2nd NEETS event of the 2011 season at Wall Stadium! This event will feature both divisions, Big and Small Cars, racing for a total of 100 laps each. The NEETS TRUX and the Ladies Division will run for 50 and 25 laps each, respectfully. Cars from anywhere can join in the fun but must meet NEETS rules and, as always, you are encouraged to decorate your car with a family-friendly theme!!!

Costume Contest!!!
You dress'em up...we'll bring the candy!!! Mid-way through the day's program, we'll hold a costume contest for any fans that are wearing a spooky or creative costume!!! BUT...kids only!!! We'll have the Small Car and TRUX Race winners on hand to judge and award prizes! Drivers who would like to help participate are asked to bring a bag or two of candy along and maybe even a costume themselves!!!

This may not be a points race, but still...
You may be racing just to have fun, or you may be taking this a bit more serious and be racing for a championship... Either way is fine, just remember that if you are just out to have some fun, there are some drivers who are racing for points. We would like to see everyone walk away from each race with a smile, car in tact (well, at least in tact enough to race again) and UNINJURED!

Custom NEETS trophies will be awarded
to the top 5 in each division
TRUX & Ladies Race winner receives trophy!
NEETS Trophies are one of a kind trophies!
Official NEETS Trophy Supplier

Purse will be paid to the top XX drivers...based on car counts.
See 2011 Purse Page for more info on payouts.

Pre-Race Tech!!!
ALL CARS will run through a swift, visual inspection prior to racing.
At first arrival at the speedway on the day of the event, after you have registered for the event, you must bring your car to the designated "Tech Area". Your car will be checked for safety items...IF your car does not meet NEETS minimum safety requirement rules, the Tech Inspector reserves the right to deny you the ability to participate in the event.

This pre-race tech simply serves as a safety check-point for all drivers. The tech official may call out obvious infractions to the rules and give you the chance to legalize the item, thus qualifying for post-race payout and award. If the tech official does not mention any infractions, this does not automatically legalize something. A post-race technical inspection will be performed on all top vehicles.

Any car that shows up for an event will be allowed to race regardless of legality, but an illegal car will receive no payout for a money position, no trophy and no points awarded to the driver...this is based on your ability to play by the rules. The only way you will be denied the chance to race is if your car does not meet safety standards...

NOTE: Any car that arrives at the speedway after the 12:30 PM Driver's Meeting will be subject to a loss of 10% of points AND payout. After the Driver's Meeting, we need our officials to gear up for the races and prepare, if they are tied up because you showed up late, you will be penalized.

RULES OF THE RACE
For a complete list of NEETS Rules and Regulations please see the "Official NEETS Rule Books".
Failure to comply with the official rules will result in a disqualification, please familiarize yourself with the rules.

Decorations
NEETS always encourages drivers to decorate their vehicles with a family-friendly theme. If you decide to decorate your car for the event, please make sure any and all decorations are fastened securely to the vehicle! It is imperative that no sharp or protruding objects are on the sides of your car...no tire cutters! Tech officials may ask you to remove a decoration if it can be used as a racing advantage or can possibly become an obstacle/hazard to other drivers if it falls off during the race.
Please note: drivers are urged to dress up for Halloween, however the costumes MUST be removed prior to racing.
The obvious theme: Halloween!
Event Procedures
Please read over and familiarize yourself with the Rules and Regulations before the event. NEETS hosts a variety of special events which can range from male-female tag-team races to holiday themed events. Keep up to speed by reading and participating on our forum.

This will be the most fun you have ever had in the front seat of a car!!!
Please bring your Enduro spirit and leave any attitudes at home.
You'll have a blast.... build a car and race!!!

Just a note, if you need a transponder, LET US KNOW NOW!!! I do not plan on having transponders for rent since only two people have requested them......

Please note a slight time change for pits opening....10:00 AM!!!

Last event, no one arrived until after 9:30 AM, so the track wishes to push back the gates open time......can you blame them?
