why cant people give a answear excuse the spelling person asks a question and get dumb remarks and no i dont when the rain date is

It is up to the tracks whether they want to publish a rain date or not in advance. Some do, but the majoirity want to keep their options open and do not commit to a rain date in advance. A lot of factors go in to the decision.

Turns out, for the second week in a row, it was much ado about nothing. Thanks to all of the fans that were able to make it out ... great weather and a great finish.
