100 lap race in May

We will put up 1000 to the winner of the race.

Also, 1000 to the top tour invader

Also, at least 1000 in lap money - this will be paid out to the top Riverhead guy. Still working on whether TC would be considered tour driver or if the car would be considered a Riverhead regular.

And to the officials? Can we please go double file to the half way point?

I think they should go to the 10 lap left to go with double file restarts. It makes for more exciting racing. The only problem is at Riverhead everyone seems to get crazy which too often causes the officials to make the call to go single file way too early in the event.

THey should make all races double file till end. Especially the lower divisions without full fields.

I agree.. double file all the way! They tried that, but that didn't last long.. I can't even get them to go double file to lap 50 on these 100 lappers. Last year, I think we made it around lap 23.

Feel free to sign up for a lap you'd like to sponsor ten bucks. Already, some people have done that on facebook. All money will be collected once the season starts.
