Offset Wheels

Just a question to think about. Can we start the race with different offset wheels since we went to a standard tire for all -( 235-70-15)?? I don't see the complication, but , Its up to the bosses.

hey i believe you can use any offset. still 7 inch rim rule. and not all 4 offsets need to be the same. Also the tire rule is maximum width of 235. the 70/60/ 55 % of width is no longer mandated to be 60% or higher. So you can use a 235/ 50 /15 if you wanted to. but not a 245/ / 15 . I am sure Rick will post soon. The idea was to take out grey area of tire /rim rules. phil

Ok just checking, because last year you had to start the race with all 2 inch back space or 3 inch or 4 inch, and if you got a flat then you could put something different on. So, ok Thank you

16 inch rims ok. 17s go cruising with the stereo and bass turned up but dont come racing with them.
