Competitors in the very popular “Sunday Series” of kart and small car racing held on Wall Stadium’s fifth mile paved “inner oval” will kick off for the 2012 campaign this Sunday afternoon, April 22. The series will then continue on most Sunday afternoons through the fall.
“I want to welcome everyone with either a racing kart or a small car to participate,” Sunday Series Race Director Alan Brenner said. “We want everyone to know that they are welcome.”
Among the vehicles involved in the “Sunday Series” will be go-karts, Micro Stocks and Junior Legend Cars. More information is available on the Wall Stadium Speedway website at wallspeedwayracing.com or by calling the speedway office at 732-681-6400.
Wall Stadium presents professional motorsports events on most Saturdays and Sundays from mid-April through November. The speedway is located on Route 34 in Wall Township, N.J., just one mile north of Garden State Parkway exit 98 and Interstate 195 exit 35B. The speedway email address is CKMotorsports@aol.com.
