PLANS FOR MOTORSPORTS 2013 IN PLACE, NEW SHOW BROCHURE READY AND NEW SHOW HOTEL ANNOUNCED

It is hard to believe but it is already time to start thinking about, planning for, the Motorsports 2013 Race Car and Trade Show.

The 28th edition of the three day show is set for Friday, January 18th through Sunday, January 20th at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA.

Exhibitors that were a part of the highly successful January, 2012 edition of the Motorsports show are invited to renew their display booth space before June 7th while exhibitors wanting to change their booth location will have until June 14th to do that. After June 14th all remaining show space will be made available on a “first come, first served” basis.

More than 230,000 square feet of the beautiful Greater Philadelphia Expo Center, easy to reach from just about anywhere, will again be devoted to just about everything imaginable in motorsports.

A brand new, multi-color brochure is hot off the press and available upon request. The brochure offers the floor layout for the booths, information in reserving space, pricing, show information, and more. The brochure may be requested by telephoning Tim Hogue at 609.888.3618.

A new show hotel will be in use for the 2013 show. The beautiful DoubleTree Hotel located just a short distance from the show hall will be the headquarters hotel and will be the site of the annual post-show party on Saturday, January 19th just after the show closes. In addition the hotel will be offering food service after the show hours each evening.

Information on special pricing for rooms at the DoubleTree during Motorsports 2013 show dates is available at aarn.com.

The 28th edition of the show, another record breaker in 2012, will include appearances by major personalities in the sport, speedway and racing organization displays, hardcore racing vendors, collectibles, trailer and RV dealers and so much more.

Free seminars covering a variety of subjects of use to those involved in the motorsports industry will be offered during the three days of the show.
Additional show information will be announced in the months to come.

Information on a variety of sponsorship opportunities, available at very reasonable rates, is available.
