I do realize many viewers of this website dont like to comment, or do so in a negative manor regarding racecars with fenders, but I still think its pretty cool when a driver on the mod tour, and former series champion, has a ride in the Nationwide series in Daytona, this Friday.

It was announce at the beginning of the season. I hate the fenders too, but Iv'e been counting down the days!!! He has to race his way in, so Good Luck Bobby!!!

Qualifying just ended. Bobby 11th out of the 43! Pretty damn good I think. Race tonight 7:30 ESPN

I wish they had more information on what put him out. They showed the car going through the grass and all but that's it? and they did say he was 2 laps down for passing the pace car on pit lane. Given a chance to run more, he would be competitive for sure. Today he's running a wing sprint at Oswego. Now that's a busy couple of days!

Talked to his dad tonight and he told me that Bobby III picked up a screw in his tire that caused him to hit wall then go through the infield, and his Oswego deal is not happening.
