The final on track event and final Mountain Madness Enduro Series points event at Mountain Speedway is slated for Saturday, October 27. A 150-lap "Halloween Screamer" enduro will be held for the 4-Cylinder division and the 6/8-Cylinder drivers will compete with the equal number of laps.
With double points on the line and with $500 to the winner (Based on minimum of 25 cars starting), the action should be fast and furious.
The show is set to kick off at approx. 1 PM. Please check the speedway website for exact times prior to race day.
The 13th annual Mountain Speedway Award Banquet is scheduled to take place at Best Western Genetti Inn & Suites on Saturday, November 10. Located on Hazleton, PA, Genetti’s is offering special room rates to the folks that are planning to spend the night at their facility.
Banquet tickets are available at the track office, or they can be mail ordered by downloading the form from the speedway website. Top ten awards will be present to the Modifieds, Sport Modifieds, Late Models, Street Stocks, Factory Stocks and Four Cylinders. The top five in the Enduro and Legends divisions will also receive awards. Special awards will also be presented.
Mountain Speedway is just minutes from Hazleton, Pa, located on St. John’s Road, between Routes 93 and 309. Grandstand admission $12 for ages 11 and older. Children 10 years of age and younger are admitted for free.
