People can get excited that Chad is moving on and think this is a somehow good for the tour need to realize that he is getting promoted for running the tour exactly as Nascar wanted him to run it. A new puppet will be installed soon and no one will notice the difference. Until the mindset of Nascar changes expect more of the same ol same ol.

Yeah, there is that whole "devil you know... devil you don't know" to consider, but Little has been around the Tour for several years so he was a known, and there are relationships that would affect the Tour forever unless Little left or the owners and teams left.

This change might get an owner that was planning on leaving the Tour to stay, and maybe get a few that run elsewhere to come to the Tour.
