REIGNING VMRS MODIFIED CHAMPION JON MCKENNEDY IS LATE DUNKIN’ DONUTS CENTER THREE QUARTER MIDGET ENTRY

Jon McKennedy, the reigning
Valenti Modified Racing Series champion and past ISMA Supermodified
king, is the latest entry for the Indoor TQ Midget races at Dunkin’
Donuts Center in Providence. R.I. on December 31.

The 25 year old Chelmsford, Mass., competitor will be driving one
of the potent cars owned and prepared by Lou Cicconi, Jr. Cicconi
built and maintained cars have won have won three of the seven Indoor
races run in Dunkin’ Donuts Center including the last two main events.

Talented McKennedy has won three of the last four VMRS Modified
circuit championships, an unprecedented achievement.

McKennedy is one of nearly four dozen TQ Midget drivers who will
compete for the coveted Dunkin’ Donuts Center ‘Coffee Cup’ trophy
and the lion’s share of the payoff.

NASCAR Whelen Modified Touring Series drivers head the all star
list, including 2012 championship runner-up Ryan Preece, Berlin, Ct.,
talented Rowan Pennink, New Egypt, N.J.; past champion Ted
Christopher, Plainville, Ct. and past Rookie Of The Year Patrick
Emerling, Orchard Park, N.Y.

Other standout asphalt Modified drivers entered the Fatheadz
Eyewear Indoor Racing Series event is NASCAR Modified SK Modified
racer Glen Reen, Wilbraham, Mass.; versatile Erick Rudolph,
Ransomville, N.Y.; and Wall (NJ) Stadium track Modified champion
Anthony Sesely, Matawan, N.J.

Oudoor TQ Midget racing specialists entered include Erik Musto,
Lockport, N.Y, Jon Gambuti, Point Pleasant, N.J.; Todd Hoddick,
Cheektowaga, N.Y.; Matt Janisch, Nazareth, Pa.; Paul Lotier Jr,
Lebanon, Pa.; Mike Osite, Brooklyn, N.Y.; Jonathan Reid, Lockport,
N.Y.; Ryan Tidman, Levittown, Pa.; and Rob Vivona, Staten Island, N.Y.

The Dunkin’ Donuts Center Coffee Cup race is second of three
events that make up the Fatheadz Eyewear Indoor Racing Series.

The indoor auto racing events are produced by Len Sammons
Motorsports Productions.

Champ Karts, the second division in action at ‘The Dunk’, have
filed three dozen entries,

Their number include March, 2012 winner Glen Meisenhelder,
Feeding Hills, Mass.; Ron Midford Jr., Tolland, Ct.; Brandon Rucszek,
Wallingford, Ct.; the Sullivan brothers, Brian and Tom of South
Windsor, Ct.; Frank Duquette of Fall River, Mass., Adam Dion of
Tiverton, R.I.; Daniel Gamache Jr. of Woonsocket, R.I., and Nick
Haddon of Vernon, Ct.

The Providence race in Dunkin Donuts’ Center is the fifth Indoor
race promoted by Sammons. The December 31 scheduling - on New Years
Eve - has provided race teams and their followers with a rare
opportunity to compete against one another, then party the night away
and herald the coming of the New Year.

A two-race weekend finale is scheduled for February 1-2, 2013 in
