TOWN FAIR TIRE TO PRESENT MILITARY APPRECIATION NIGHT AT STAFFORD SPEEDWAY ON FRIDAY, MAY 31st
Memorial Day is a day of remembering the men and women who have fallen while serving our country in the United States Armed Forces. For 2013, Town Fair Tire has teamed up with Stafford Motor Speedway to present a Memorial Day Event on Friday, May 31st to honor those who have served and who are currently serving in the armed forces. The Military Appreciation Night will include a full card of NASCAR Whelen All-American Series short track racing, along with a fireworks display at the conclusion of the racing activity.
As part of the Memorial Day event, any service member, Active Duty, National Guard, Reserve, or Retiree presenting a valid military I.D. at the ticket window will be admitted for only $10. All branches of service are eligible to take advantage of this savings.
"When Jim Uliano, V.P. of Marketing for Town Fair Tire, came to us in regards to a Memorial Day event to honor the military, we thought a Military Appreciation Night would express our appreciation to those that serve and honor those that have fallen," said Stafford Speedway V.P. Lisa Arute. "Within our racing community there are heroes among us, and what better way to say thank you for your service."
The 2013 season at Stafford will be the 15th consecutive year that Town Fair Tire has had an advertising presence at Stafford.
