Get ready for a trip down memory lane at Wall Stadium this Saturday night!
Along with six divisions of stock cars the beautifully restored race car of the Garden State Vintage Stock Car Club will be on display in the grandstand midway for the majority of the evening. In addition, many of those same cars will take to the track for a rolling exhibition during a special segment during the evening.
Headlining the modern day racers this Saturday will be the popular open wheel Modified stock cars in a program that will also feature Sportsman, Limited Late Model, Legend Cars, Factory Stock and Four Cylinder racers. Grandstand seating will open at 5:00 p.m. and qualifying will start at 6:00 p.m.
Pit gates will open at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday; with practice starting at 3:30 p.m. Grandstands will open at 5:00 p.m. and the first qualifying event takes the green flag at 6:00 p.m. Main events are scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
Sunday will also be a big day at the speedway with “Crasho De Mayo” events planned. With pit area and grandstand gates opening at noon and action starting at 1:00 p.m., Enduro racing is on the agenda along with a thrilling Demolition Derby.
Wall Stadium presents professional motorsports events on most Saturdays and Sundays during the summer months. The speedway is located on Route 34 in Wall Township, N.J., just one mile north of Garden State Parkway exit 98 and Interstate 195 exit 35B.
