Five stock car racing divisions, headlined by the mighty Modifieds and a special 50-lap race for the Limited Late Model stock cars, are on the agenda at Wall Stadium Speedway this Saturday night. The racing card, which will also offer a special ladies’ Powder Puff Race, will see grandstand seating opening at 5:00 p.m. and qualifying at 6:00 p.m. Scheduled main events are planned for 7:00 p.m.
Saturday night Modified action will see standouts Chas Okerson of Freehold, Steven Reed of Freehold, brothers Christian and Adam LaCicero, both of Lavallette and Jason Treat of Jackson looking for the win. Young drivers will also be in contention as Andrew Krause of Holmdel, Eric Mauriello of Howell, Brick’s Shawna Ingraham and Chris Lane of Howell are among the young lions.
In addition to the Modified stock cars, the Limited Late Model cars are slated for a 50-lap main event, while the Factory Stocks and the 4 Cylinder racers will also see action. In addition, the visiting Late Model stock cars will see main event action.
The pit area will open at 2:00 p.m. and practice will then begin at 3:00 p.m. Spectator seating will open at 5:00 p.m.
On track competition will begin at 6:00 p.m. with qualifying events to be followed by feature race action for all divisions at 7:00 p.m.
More action is then set for Sunday at noon as the Small Car Series will take to the fifth mile paved inner oval.
