After being rescheduled from a rainout earlier in the season, the Atlantic Coast Old Timer (ACOT) and the ATQMRA Vintage Division drivers took to the asphalt surface at Mountain Speedway Saturday afternoon. The show, which was put on by vintage enthusiast Robert Noll and held as a tribute to the legendary Ken Brenn was a hit for the “old timers” and vintage open wheel racing fans.

When it was all said and done, Hank Rogers, Sr. (ATQMRA Vintage 4-Cycle), Tom Arntz, Jr. (ATQMRA Vintage 2-Cycle), Tom Grenga (ACOT Sprint Cars) and Jim Leys (ACOT Midgets) held their trophies high after earning victories in each of their respective divisions.

Mountain Speedway is just minutes from Hazleton, Pa, located on St. John’s Road, between Routes 93 and 309. Grandstand admission for all regular events is just $10 for ages 11 and older. Children 10 years of age and younger are admitted for free. Please visit www.mountainspeedway.com for the news and up to date information regarding the historic speedway.
