After two weeks of racing defending Modified champion Eric Beers holds the class point lead thanks in part to his Opening Night victory in a $4000-to-win 100-lapper. Last weekend John Markovic took the checkers which came after being rushed to the hospital the previous Saturday with an irregular heart condition.

Two time and defending Late Model champ Earl Paules has been perfect thus far winning back-to-back races although both victories have come under very close quarters.

Todd Ahner won the Street Stock opener while last Saturday night Josh Mooney scored an electrifying last lap verdict.

The two Dirt Mod races have been won by a pair of past champions, Kris Graver and Jeff Parker. Jake “The Snake” Kibler has reeled off both Pro 4 features while Jeff Biegley and Corey Edelman have shared the Hobby Stock spotlight.

Coming up on Saturday, May 3 will be another of the infamous Modified 100 lappers. $3500 is the top prize. All regular track classes will also be in action plus the Micro Stock Racing Series are on the card.

The first Small Car Enduro will be held following the night’s regular features on May 10. Enduro info can be found on the track’s website.
